2. Natural inhalation through the nose.
3. Exhale through the mouth as if you wanted to fog a window or like whispering the letter A.
4. Take 3 to 6 breaths.
STEP 2
1. Come into a comfortable sitting position with your back straight.
2. Natural inhalation through the nose.
3. Exhale through the mouth as if whispering the letter A.
4. Towards the end of the exhalation close the mouth, continuing to make the same sound. This will make it sound like you are whispering the letter M.
5. Take 3 to 6 breaths.
STEP 3
1. Come into a comfortable sitting position with your back straight.
2. Inhale through the mouth as if whispering the letter A.
3. Towards the end of the inhalation close the mouth, continuing to make the same sound. This will make it sound like you are whispering the letter M.
4. Exhale through the mouth as if whispering the letter A.
5. Towards the end of the exhalation close the mouth, continuing to make the same sound. This will make it sound like you are whispering the letter M.
6. Take 3 to 6 breaths.

1. Come into a comfortable sitting position with your back straight.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Inhale through the mouth as if whispering the letter M.
4. Exhale through the mouth as if whispering the letter M.
5. Take 3 to 6 breaths.
